2 Boiler Sequencer / Step Controller

This product is used to promote even wear & tear on dual boiler installations, reducing running costs as well as maintenance costs over the life span of the plant.

Intelligence is built in as standard allowing the system to operate at maximum efficiency.

This product can also be used to control dual head pumps eliminating wear & tear issues on larger more expensive pumps.

In heating mode the sequencer will allow both boilers to operate, whilst in hot water mode just 1 boiler will run thus reducing the running costs immediately and increasing system efficiency. To achieve this the sequencer MUST be wired as per the manufacturers instructions!

Built in to this product is our pump over-run facility that allows the system pump to continue to run for up to 2 minutes after the boiler(s) have gone off to remove latent heat from the boiler(s) and prevent nuisance lockouts.

Over-run times are 30, 60, 90 and 120 seconds and can be set on the PCB using dip switches.
