3 Boiler Sequencer / Step Controller

This product is used to promote even wear & tear on Triple boiler installations, reducing running costs as well as maintenance costs over the life span of the plant.

Intelligence is built in as standard allowing the system to operate at maximum efficiency.

In heating mode the sequencer will allow ALL boilers to operate, whilst in hot water mode only 1 boiler will run thus reducing the running costs immediately and increasing system efficiency.

For proper operation of the sequencer the wiring diagram in the manufacturers installation inuctions MUST be followed!

Built in to this product is a pump over-run facility that allows the system pump to continue to run for up to 2 minutes after the boiler(s) have gone off in order to remove latent heat from the boiler(s) and prevent nuisance lockouts.

Over-run times are 30, 60, 90 and 120 seconds and can be set on the PCB using dip switches.
